Can I buy a retail lot in Heron Bay and build my home at a later date? |
| A: |
The developer of Heron Bay has released a select group of custom lots for individual consumers to purchase under this Retail Lot Sale Program. Our goal is to create an opportunity for future homeowners to secure a home site now, while interest rates are at historic lows. Once a lot is purchased, the construction process can be delayed for a period of up to two years, thereby allowing time to sell an existing home, arrange financing, or design a new home. More detail information can be found on the website under “Retail Lot Program”. |
